Are you ready for a better marathon training experience? Already know some of the basics? Have you run at least 2 half marathons in the last 2 years? Do you think of yourself as an intermediate runner? We’d love to have you join our intermediate marathon training program and see how much you can improve!
Join professional coach and experienced marathoner and Boston Qualifier Coach Stephanie Atwood and the Go WOW marathon training team for an 18 week training program culminating in the California International Marathon – CIM.
June 30: Join us for a free online marathon nutrition talk. Open to everyone.
July 20: Meet at Piedmont Track to discuss marathon training
July 21: Online Phone Call for anyone who missed the in-person meeting
July 31: 12 mile introductory run to get to know each other
August 1: Week 1 of training
November 28: Week 18 taper week leading to race day
December 3-4: Race Weekend
