We ask that you consider a race as a goal for your starting point with Go WOW, whether you plan to walk, run, or walk/run. The Berkeley Half, 10K or 5K is a perfect choice
Whether you have a goal in mind or want to take on our chosen goal, we ask you to make that commitment. Why do we ask you for this type of commitment? Because we want you to invest in yourself and make fitness part of your lifestyle.
With several workouts every week and an exceptional group of women workout buddies, of all abilities, Go WOW can really make a difference!
