Women wellness and pursuing the best that life can offer
At all stages of life…
This is Go WOW Living
Meet Stephanie Atwood, Founder Go WOW Living
When women come together, in pursuit of wellness, magical things happen. It is the combination of outside and inner forces that creates marvelous results! Go WOW Living was started by Stephanie Atwood, trainer, nutritionist, best-selling author, and wellness authority, to coordinate the strengths and talents of each unique woman into a shared group format. When this happens all of us become better, for ourselves and for the world…
Women, Wellness, Opportunity
In 2006, the local group, Go WOW Team was founded by Stephanie Kay Atwood to bring fitness and fun to women of all ages, stages, and abilities. In 2014 Go WOW Living was born and filled Stephanie Atwood’s dream of bringing balance and success to women, around the globe, as they rediscovered their full potential. Through education, example, motivation, direction, writing, speaking, and community building, Atwood and her company empower women, especially those over 35. We don’t stop at any age. We are hoping to add some centenarians (100+) one of these days!
I started Go WOW Living to expand and compliment what had been accomplished with Go WOW Team, a local fitness club providing women of all ages, sizes and abilities a supportive community to walk and run at whatever ability they started from.
Go WOW Living offers national and international programs and support for women around the globe, not just as a run club, but as a means of discovery for all women, everywhere. When women are strengthened physically and empowered emotionally, as individuals, their families and communities benefit through the ripple effect.
